Teresa Mallett

Teresa was born in Edmonton, Alberta
but has lived in Niagara Falls, Ontario the

College & Seminary School in Manitoba.
When she returned to Niagara, she
worked in various restaurants before
she began her employment with Niagara
Casinos. Teresa then went on to study Wine
Marketing and Management with Niagara
College, Safe Food Handling courses and
numerous Leadership courses. She is now the
Restaurant Manager for Lev2l Restaurant

Devin McDowell

Niagara Falls born and raised, Devin has
been with the Soup Kitchen board since 2020.
Through growing up in a Niagara based family
business and currently a local business owner
himself, he sees the importance of giving
back to Niagara and supporting the community.
Prior to becoming a board member, Devin and
his family supported the Soup Kitchen as well
as multiple other fundraising initiatives.
He has really found his home here at NFCO.

Laurie Moffat

Volunteer Coordinator

Laurie moved to Niagara Falls
from Windsor shortly after getting married.
Volunteering was a huge part of her life
in Windsor and not knowing anyone in
Niagara Falls at the time, volunteering
was how she got to know people. Of all
the volunteering she has done, donating
her time and efforts to the Soup Kitchen
has been one of the most rewarding
experiences she has had. Still employed
as a Nurse in a busy physician’s office
really cuts into her volunteering at
the Soup Kitchen, and she is looking
forward to retiring in the next couple
years so she can do even more!
